A bit about my self

Being a Mum of two lil' tikes, I had to find some time for myself to do something constructive that would also benefit them. So, I stepped into a weight room one day and never looked back. The result was a healthier, more energetic and happier mum. I want them to find inspiration to achieve whatever goals they have in life, by seeing me reach mine! I spent my whole life being what everyone considered "underweight". Then 2 pregnancies later and 52kgs gained, I was not happy with myself and decided to do something about it!! Now, I am in the best shape of my life after being through both extremes of the weight scale. I know what is required and the effect it has on all aspects of your being, inside and out as well as the full life you'll start living.

I am a hands on trainer who has the capacity to motivate and make every client have so much fun, they forget they are exercising! Guaranteed.
