Friends Complete Fitness was established by Nathan and his wife Kelly who are proud parents of Axel and Oliver.
Nathan is a true competitor, a player who continually puts his body on the line for his team mates and an athlete who makes sure his body is in the best possible condition to tackle the constant challenges which are continually issued to an elite athlete playing one of the world's toughest games.
Kelly also a great challenger in her own sporting field, competed at state and national levels only to miss the Olympics by a couple of seconds.
